Jintan x Menma Stamp (AnoHana)

This is a pairing that I'm surprised to see doesn't have a stamp! (At least last time I checked) So I made one. I adore these two. ;u;
Maybe there isn't one because it's the canon couple? I dunno. Either way, they're my OTP.
(WARNING ANOHANA SPOILERS AND OPINIONS)
The show ended in a way that was open. If you wanted Jintan to stay loyal to Menma or if you wanted Jintan to give Anaru a chance, you could choose what to believe. My headcanon is that he stayed loyal to Menma. For 10 years he couldn't shake his feelings for her even after she died. Those are some pretty strong feelings. Especially since he developed those feelings when he was 5-6 years old. I don't hate Anaru, but I don't really ship her with Jintan. I just don't believe he can move on from Menma. Not saying it's impossible for him to be happy. It just wouldn't seem fair to Anaru since, even if he did give her a chance, chances are, Menma would always be #1 in his heart.  Just like Anaru said there was no replacement for Jintan in her heart, I'm sure there is no replacement for Menma in Jintan's heart. Anaru is also way too jealous to be okay with being Menma's replacement. I don't think she could truly be happy with being in a relationship when Menma still holds a dominate spot in Jintan's heart. Plus I can't see Jintan ever getting over his feelings for Menma.
He and Menma have made it known to each other that they have mutual feelings of love and I believe Menma is waiting for Jintan in Heaven. Or perhaps she came back to life like she had hoped? And then Jintan falls in love with her all over again? Ah, who knows. All sorts of speculation.

Anyways, that's just my opinion and view on it. I'm sure everyone has different views and that's fine. The show was meant to have the watchers create their own ending when it comes to relationships.
